Do you offer refunds?

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, failure to review product details, or dissatisfaction related to features clearly described on the product page.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the full product description, specifications, sizing (if applicable), and estimated shipping time.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed automatically and cannot be changed or canceled.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page.

Because we sell a variety of products that may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, delivery times may vary. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-demand periods are outside of our control.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


Why did my items arrive separately?

Some items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for one order.


Are you responsible for carrier delays?

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or customs processing delays.


Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Product Information & Expectations

Are products exactly as shown in photos?

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.


What if the product does not meet my expectations?

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and shipping times before purchasing.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, misunderstanding of features, or failure to read the description does not qualify for a refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

  • Your order number and full name

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.


What resolutions are available for approved damage claims?

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.


Chargebacks & Disputes

What happens if I file a chargeback?

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and result in supporting documentation being submitted to the payment provider, including order confirmation, tracking confirmation, and policy agreement at checkout.


General Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.
