Processing Time
Once we receive your confirmed payment, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
If there’s a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days — we’ll notify you if that happens.
Shipping Locations & Carriers
We ship worldwide — anywhere you are, we’ve got you covered.
Shipping options and carriers (such as standard air, express, or courier) will depend on your region and chosen service at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days after shipment.

Europe & other international destinations: 10–30 business days after shipment.
Please allow up to 60 days for delivery in exceptional cases (customs delays, global shipping events).
If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days, please contact us at kevinandralnelis@gmail.com, and we will process a full refund.
Shipping Costs
We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent.

For orders under US $45, a flat shipping fee of US $4.95 applies (for select countries such as US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway).

Orders of US $45 and above qualify for FREE standard shipping (to eligible regions).
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at kevinandralnelis@gmail.com with your order number ready.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
Shipping duration may be impacted by customs clearance in your country.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us at kevinandralnelis@gmail.com.
We will assist with tracing but cannot guarantee a refund if the package status is “delivered.”
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to evaluate the case.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at kevinandralnelis@gmail.com.
Extra shipping charges may apply if the address is changed after the order has entered processing.
We cannot guarantee edits once the order is shipped.
